Roman Miroshnichenko is a multi-Award-winning virtuoso guitarist, composer, producer and recording engineer. He is one of the premier guitarists of the new generation of the jazz-fusion music. Voting member of the Recording Academy/GRAMMY®. He has received a total of 50-plus nominations with 23 wins in multiple international songwriting contests and music awards in 9 countries, including four the Independent Music Awards, three the Hollywood Music in Media Awards nominees, 1st Prize of the USA Songwriting Competition, 1st Prize of the International Acoustic Music Awards, Gold medal of the Global Music Awards, Film Music Contest absolute winner and 4-times laureate of the United Kingdom Songwriting Contest.

Roman Miroshnichenko was born in 1977, and his first musical experience was on drums. However, when he was fourteen, he became interested in jazz-fusion, heavily influenced by such guitar legends as John McLaughlin, Paco De Lucia, Larry Coryell, and Al Di Meola. In 2002, Roman founded his band and has been touring regularly since then all across Europe, Asia, and the USA. Author and co-author of 11 solo albums recorded at the world's top recording studios, including Abbey Road Studios, Track Star Studio, Music Solution Studios and Mosfilm. Featured on more than 60 albums and singles, as well as a number of motion picture and animated film soundtracks.

Formerly, Roman played in a duo with ‘Godfather of fusion’ Larry Coryell, who has impressed on Roman’s playing: “It is a wondrous aspect of the modern guitar evolution that a young Russian could faithfully embrace the Spanish/Gypsy culture with such accuracy.”

In 2013 Hal Leonard Books released “The Great Jazz Guitarists” encyclopedia by Scott Yanow, the most comprehensive guide to jazz guitarists ever published (from Django Reinhardt to Les Paul, Jeff Beck and beyond) with information about Roman Miroshnichenko.

Since 2016 Roman Miroshnichenko is the judging panel member of the Independent Music Awards program, along with Tom Waits, Robert Smith, Joe Satriani, Ziggy Marley, The Cardigans, Slayer, Mick Ralphs, Roberta Flack, John Petrucci, Carl Palmer, Sepultura, Gloria Gaynor and others. In May 2016, The Guinness Record of the Thanks Jimi Festival, held in Wroclaw, was supported by Roman Miroshnichenko, Al Di Meola, Scott Henderson, British band Status Quo and Polish musicians. Since 2017, Roman Miroshnichenko is a CEO of the biggest in Europe guitar festival «World of Guitar», held in Russia. In 2018 Roman Miroshnichenko toured with the ex-guitarist for Michael Jackson - band member of all three of his world tours - Jennifer Batten. In 2019 he toured with jazz drummer Paul Wertico, who gained recognition as a member of the Pat Metheny Group and with the ex- member for Whitesnake and Thin Lizzy – Marco Mendoza.

Roman Miroshnichenko is the official artist/endorser of the Italian company IK Multimedia, Japanese company Roland Music, Swiss company Schertler SA, British company Orange Amps and American companies: Paul Reed Smith Guitars, Ovation Guitars, and D’Addario & Company Inc. In October 2020, Roman Miroshnichenko released a new album, "The Sixth Sense", featuring world renown special guests: Jennifer Batten, Charlie Bisharat, Bunny Brunel, Paul Wertico, Gary Husband, Dominique DiPiazza, Frank Colon, Gumbi Ortiz, Matt Laurent. By December 2020, "The Sixth Sense" special CD's edition had earned a Japanese distribution. In July 2021, Roman Miroshnichenko released joint album with Danish multi-instrumentalist Henrik Andersen, "New Shapes", featuring world renown special guests: Trilok Gurtu, Bickram Ghosh, Charlie Bisharat, Frank Colon and Gumbi Ortiz.

In 2020 – 2022, Roman Miroshnichenko managed to become a 4-times laureate of the Hollywood Music in Media Awards (HMMA), appearing on the nominees list along with world-famous composers and songwriters: Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Diane Warren, Selena Gomez, Carlos Santana, Terence Blanchard, Alan Silvestri, John Williams, Hans Zimmer and many others.

Album's compositions "Flying Dragon" and "Corona Funk" received a nomination in "Instrumental" and "Jazz" categories for the Hollywood Music in Media Awards. In October 2021, Roman Miroshnichenko's album "Plays Daniel Figueiredo", featuring the 25-piece St. Petersburg Studio Orchestra was released by leading Brazilian label MJC Music. This album has won two silver medals of the Global Music Awards in the "Best Album" and "Instrumental" categories.

In June 2023, Roman Miroshnichenko released joint album "Roman Miroshnichenko plays Stas Namin". The Recording Academy member John Kline commented on the release: "Roman's picking technique has the precision of Yngwie Malmsteen and the passion of Al DiMeola among with the musical breath of Steve Morse, and the technical acumen of Guthrie Govan". The album featured special guests: Mike Stern, Charlie Bisharat, Jennifer Batten, Dominique Di Piazza, Henrik Andersen, Gumbi Ortiz, Frank Colon. The album's bonus track "Centuria" was recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios.

Currently Roman is focused on touring and studio recording as part of the joint project «Fusion Holiday», which they co-founded with Grammy-nominated bassist Bernard "Bunny" Brunel.
