He studied drums in 1979 with Eddy de Fanti (Orchestra "La Fenice" of Venice, BATISTOCOCO, etc.) and at the Conservatory of Venice, to then move on to jazz and Latin with various big band formations, moving on to rock, with a great passion for Ian Paice and John Bohnam.

He plays from '85 to '88, travels Europe with the JUNIOR JAZZ BAND, also performing in Paris, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Barcelona, etc. . In 1990 he became a professional touring Italy with various dance music formations, until he landed in 1995 NUTI AND CAT BOOGIE BAND, a trio of his own creation, which offers swing, folk and ethnic music.

He began researching Klezmer music with the BARBAPEDANA group, with whom he recorded four CDs "SHERELE", "I tre LORIENTI", "YOL", "ZIVELI" participating in numerous Folk Festivals, in Italy and abroad (including Portugal , Spain, Greece and Cape Verde) and playing in Ancona in the international klezmer music festival.
From March 1997 he became part of the other world, the myth of the Triveneto rock band, with whom he met Ian Paice, Tommy Emmanuel, James Burton, Guido Toffoletti Claudio Golinelli in some jam sessions and in the recording studio. In the meantime, he studied in Milan with Mark Volpe (Ass. at the Berklee College of Music) and David Ragazzoni (Whittaker, Pravo, Branduardi), and continued as a researcher and teacher, within various musical structures in northern Italy. He collaborates on a regular basis with the Vicenza orchestra in the "Jesus Christ Superstar" project, directed by G. Fracasso, and with the "MANODOPERA" group, with which he has participated in various national events (Venice Summer 2000, Global Rhythms Europeans, Sanremo Rock ), recording two CDs for the Milanese label UPR folkrock entitled “TERRATRADITA” and “OP-LA' ”, accompanied by a team of James Thompson (sax Sugar and Paolo Conte) and John Henry, American blues guitarist known in his italian tour .
He also collaborates with musicians such as Maurizio Dehò and Marco Fusi in the project "Yesh Gvul" klezmer band formed by professionals of the genre, he records the second CD "FAREWELL TO LUGANO" after the CD "MOON WALTZ" with the participation of Moni Ovadia. Meanwhile, the CD “Frames withoutborders” recorded by many great drummers of the world (including Glen Velez, Layne Redmond, Kobi Hagoel, Peyman Nasehpour, Eric Stuer, Paul Marshall, etc.) as part of a Italian . Recently he worked with the American vocal group "TAKE SIX" for their Italian tour, recorded the new CD LEO Miglioranza, the famous Italian singer, Ndemo Xente, and starts collaborating with SIMONETTA MANDIS on his first solo album for the label Universe.
He has recently released with the NUFunk instrumental group “WHARTHEY” their first CD, “The Fries That 's a Striken Vos” on the Godown Records label. Bruno Gennaro, in 2010, joined the Latin/flamenco ensemble RIO DE AGUA. He is also collaborating with Armando Battiston, well-known jazz pianist, for a new jazz/contemporary ensemble. He continues his research on Balkan percussion and publishes, in 2006, his first book "BALKAN DRUMMING", all focused on drums in the Balkans, which will soon be followed by the second "BREATHING RHYTHM", focused on Africa and its enormous wealth . His meeting with the dancer Angelica Bressanin leads him to form the duo "ANDERLUNE", where oriental dance, tribal fusion and flavors ranging from drum'n'bass, funk, Mediterranean traditions, electronics and to acoustics. In 2014, the first CD “Andergo!, then "Kyoto Trilogy" and finally " (de) Structure 1 Love" was released. “The Venice Oriental Ensemble” , recording "Arabesque Voyage" from 2015.
in collaboration with Andrea Marcucci ATREIO, great interpreter of the stickBASS, "Pizza sticks" is released in 2016. he Collaborates for a period in the "Sogno Veneziano" project, an ensemble of former musicians of the Rondò Veneziano. Involved in the GARBATO project, progressive music that tells the story of the Italian chemical center of Marghera, together with talented musicians such as Valentino Favotto and Alessandro Gabanotto, the "Anima Sensoriale" project comes out. The birth of NITEDRAMA, a power trio with saxophone and electric bass, with original pieces and electronic experiments, will soon have its definitive release in 2023, with a completely new album.
Since September 2016 he has been collaborating with Kingdom Production which deals with short films and commercials, and has been publishing under their auspices since 2017 "Windy Rose", the soundtrack "Yang Ye", music dedicated to the famous Chinese general, "Get back to the moon ", "Nothing new", "Old Portraits" , "Lands of mists" , "Tatuaje" , " The Ten Kingdoms " , "Encounters and Passages" , "The sword of Cain ", " Interspace" , " The andromeda cards " , "The Dark Room" . In 2019, he forms with Francesco Fantozzi EL PARAMO, variable formation of Latin jazz, with whom he publishes the mini EP "Live at Central Station", up to new collaborations with Bruno Griparich, oriental music and painting, Anastasia Andreatta, percussion and violin duo who will be released with the album "Il quadro rosso" in 2023, and with Cristiano Coraggio in a courageous experiment with two hybrid batteries plus electronics that will see his debut again in 2023.
