He studied drums in 1979 with Eddy de Fanti (Orchestra "La Fenice" of Venice, BATISTOCOCO, etc.) and at the Conservatory of Venice, to then move on to jazz and Latin with various big band formations, moving on to rock, with a great passion for Ian Paice and John Bohnam.

He plays from '85 to '88, travels Europe with the JUNIOR JAZZ BAND, also performing in Paris, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Barcelona, etc. . In 1990 he became a professional touring Italy with various dance music formations, until he landed in 1995 NUTI AND CAT BOOGIE BAND, a trio of his own creation, which offers swing, folk and ethnic music.

He began researching Klezmer music with the BARBAPEDANA group, with whom he recorded four CDs "SHERELE", "I tre LORIENTI", "YOL", "ZIVELI" participating in numerous Folk Festivals, in Italy and abroad (including Portugal , Spain, Greece and Cape Verde) and playing in Ancona in the international klezmer music festival.
From March 1997 he became part of the other world, the myth of the Triveneto rock band, with whom he met Ian Paice, Tommy Emmanuel, James Burton, Guido Toffoletti Claudio Golinelli in some jam sessions and in the recording studio. He also collaborates with musicians such as Maurizio Dehò and Marco Fusi in the project "Yesh Gvul" klezmer band formed by professionals of the genre, he records the second CD "FAREWELL TO LUGANO" after the CD "MOON WALTZ" with the participation of Moni Ovadia. Meanwhile, the CD “Frames withoutborders” recorded by many great drummers of the world (including Glen Velez, Layne Redmond, Kobi Hagoel, Peyman Nasehpour, Eric Stuer, Paul Marshall, etc.) as part of a Italian . Recently he worked with the American vocal group "TAKE SIX" for their Italian tour, recorded the new CD LEO Miglioranza, the famous Italian singer, Ndemo Xente, and starts collaborating with SIMONETTA MANDIS on his first solo album for the label Universe.
He has recently released with the NUFunk instrumental group “WHARTHEY” their first CD, “The Fries That 's a Striken Vos” on the Godown Records label. Bruno Gennaro, in 2010, joined the Latin/flamenco ensemble RIO DE AGUA. He is also collaborating with Armando Battiston, well-known jazz pianist, for a new jazz/contemporary ensemble. He continues his research on Balkan percussion and publishes, in 2006, his first book "BALKAN DRUMMING", all focused on drums in the Balkans, which will soon be followed by the second "BREATHING RHYTHM", focused on Africa and its enormous wealth . His meeting with the dancer Angelica Bressanin leads him to form the duo "ANDERLUNE", where oriental dance, tribal fusion and flavors ranging from drum'n'bass, funk, Mediterranean traditions, electronics and to acoustics.
