Lincoln Soares born in Brazil, he is a composer, pianist and arranger. He has gained prominence as a composer of soundtracks for A/V works and was a finalist in soundtrack competitions such as Amazônia Fest Alter, Cosmos, among others.
His first piano compositions were composed at the age of 16: Reasons and Album which appear on his CD My Songs (independent), he had two EPS released on the streaming platforms “Sixteen Years” and “Dry Leaves” and a single “Above the sun” from The Soils. He works a lot with orchestral textures, mainly strings, dense harmonies, rhythmic elements with a lot of percussion and striking melodies.
He most enjoys composing for action, animation, comedy, drama, investigation, suspense and horror. The composers who influenced his works are: Bernard Hermann, Bear McCreary, Danny Efman, Gareth Coker, John Powel, John Williams, Trevor Morris, as well as a lot of Brazilian music, mainly Tom Jobim. He currently works and develops soundtracks for some music libraries and for the advertising sector.
