GDPR

The Organizer/Operator of FM platform and its affiliated competitions, questionnaires process the personal data of the Members in accordance with Act No 122/2013 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, valid until 24 May 2018 and in accordance with GDPR (European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 and Act No 704/2017 on the Protection of Personal Data with effect from 25 May 2018).
By registering to the Platform, a Member agrees with the processing of their personal data (to the extent of their name, surname, city, country and email) necessary for the purpose of conducting the Platform and fulfilling the license agreement in accordance with Section 11 of Act No 122/2013 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendment to Some Acts, as amended (the Personal Data Protection Act). The provision of personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary for the conduct of the Platform. Personal data are processed for the purposes of the Platform, including any communication with the Member.
Above the framework referred to in Section 1 of this article, the Member agrees to publish their name, surname, city and country in which they have the delivery address on the FM Organizer’s Facebook page, on www.fmartistplatform.com and in the Organizer’s promotional materials if the Organizer decide to share members profile. This consent is voluntary. Their consent to the processing and publication of personal data by the Platform, Organizer may be withdrawn by the Member at any time by contacting the Platform Organizer/Operator via info@fmartistplatform.com. The personal data will be processed and stored in our archive for the purposes of this Article.
The personal data referred to in Section 1 and 2 of this Article are stored on a protected server. Only the Organizer, a natural person, Mgr. Vladimír Železňák, Umelecká Spoločnosť GONG Košice, ID 10778209, based in Hemerkova 27, 040 23, Košice, can access the data and is also the operator and recipient of personal data. The personal data will be processed electronically in an automated way or in a printed form in a non-automated way.
The Organizer hereby informs, pursuant to Section 28 of the Personal Data Protection Act, that the Member has particularly these rights in relation to the processed personal data by the Organizer:
a) to ask the organizer for a confirmation that their personal data are processed or not processed or what personal data are processed, what the source of these data is and the list of processed personal data.
b) to require that the Organizer corrects or erases inaccurate or out-of-date personal data or to block personal data due to revoking the consent to process them.
By registering to the FM Platform, the Member also gives consent to the use of their portrait, written words, pictures and image and sound recordings related to their person or personal expressions, for commercial purposes in all FM communication media regardless of their nature and purpose in all usual ways, their possible association with other works or their inclusion in a collection of works in accordance with the provisions of Section 12(1) of Act No 40/1964 Coll., of the Civil Code, as amended (Civil Code). This consent is granted by the Member to the Organizer without any material, time, quantity or territorial limitation and can be withdrawn at any time. This consent also applies to third parties being provided with the data specified in this section by the Organizer in accordance with their intended purpose.
